wow, i heard there was an incident, but i didnt know it was jimmy bost. he was my partner for the instructor clinic last year. that mustang was pretty fast but it was raining that friday so anytime he touched the gas, it'd get sideways. he was tellin me he graduated from JMU just a few years before most of us OG's did. glad to hear he's okay though

the pedal box was a scary place for feet to have been
there was an empty camera mount in the car...I dunno if there was a camera but Big John said they didn't find one and I didn't find one in the car.

doesnt look like he had one in the car... at least not in the pic chad has up. he might not have gotten that far with the "expense" of racing.

we were worried it was chad, cause we saw alot of the cars come back around after they threw the red flag but didnt see chad, then we were told it was the pimp ass yellow camaro, wrong again. Finally we found out it was that Stang, glad hes ok, wish i could have seen the car from what you guys are describing it was a mess. How fast did he hit the wall???

Those pics were from either qualifying or practice. I had a roof cam for the race, and he started further back. I never saw him during the race.

Awesome pics man, I wish I could've made it. I saw that same white R32 Skyline in Springfield, nice car. Did anyone actually drive that mega turbo kart? Looks like he's spraying oil right into the compressor inlet....hardcore.

Chad should have an ideah of MPH but from what I heard on the radioo and seing the car close up, it was moving along pretty good down there going in to T1

I was hitting the brakes just before the 4th marker (use to goto the 2-2.5 but was having some brake issues) and I was doing 135 off the revlimiter. He had a similar engine and assuming stock it should have been doing close to that. Figure he shaved off a few MPH before hitting the sand so figure 120 when he went off, and who knows how much speed the blead off in the sand but from all accounts it wasnt' much.

I was on the radio w/ pete and vern telling them that it wasn't me that caused the red (I was at turn 8) and I didn't know what happend until I got back to the pits and Sean told me it was Jimmy Sad.
