I lol'd. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Jake - 10-27-2011 No window vents. I think they look tacky on most everything. Having driven (beaten on?) this around Rex & Julie's place at Fiesta En Fuego... the 5.3L has some bawls. I like it. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - WRXtranceformed - 10-27-2011 Very nice ride, I didn't realize they made those with an LS2 in them...awesome!! Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Ryan T - 10-27-2011 I'm a fan of window vents, but that's just me. I've had them on all 3 of my trucks and just put a set on moms Lincoln. In chrome they look tacky (and yes I've removed my chrome ones) but the black/tinted ones look ok. I love them because in the summer you can leave all your windows cracked a few inches and keep your interior MUCH cooler. On another note, I love the Saab. I'm a big fan of the 5.3L...because I've got one too! I'd like to see some videos of awd donuts when the snow comes. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Jeff - 10-28-2011 I just put vent visors on my Ram and I LOVE them. I pretty much leave my windows cracked all the time. I would recommend the "in channel" style though. They are much nicer and last better. They are not as tacky as the stick on ones like I had to get. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - ScottyB - 10-28-2011 nice find.... all the goodness of a GM platform with the nice looks of a saab. hope it treats you guys well. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Apoc - 10-28-2011 Anyone else notice the correlation of people who like vent visors? Or is it just me? Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Jeff - 10-29-2011 I tried "thats racist" but as you can see it didn't work out. I am as good with a computer as that guy Mike posted. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - Goodspeed - 11-02-2011 Hey Justin, HOT ROD: 594hp 5.3L for $3252. And you already have the motor, so like....25 hundo. I don't think they mention it in there, but I'm pretty sure they went all out just to see what would happen after this went to print. They made something like ~900 on the engine dyno, on the stock 150k mile motor, and it held up. Re: Project/Review: SAAB 9-7X 5.3i - premiershine9 - 11-14-2011 Link to the detail of Justin's Saab! : <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="http://www.mmsports.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10216">viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10216</a><!-- l --> ![]()
