I'm tired of the steelies on Jess' Accord, and it needs new tires. Anyone know someone trying to get rid of a set of the nicer alloy wheels, prefferably with some decent tires on them?

no prob - 94-97 wheels are what you're talking about. They're like, all the rage lately.
Unless he wants to offer more substantially more than my wheels are worth I don't think I can afford to part with them... thanks to my disagreement with the Jeep.

I'll sell you my n/a supra rims and tires. Less than 300 miles. 16" but not sure of the bolt pattern. 5-bolt.

bah, nevermind, I don't want to spend much on them. These ones are round. I'll put some Kumho's on 'em and some wal-mart spinners, and be good to go. 8)

the notion of jess driving an accord with plastic spinners and you riding shotgun making the "channing face" makes me laugh a lot.

My neighbor has a set of Accord alloys. Older ones. 15 inch. I think he wants like, 150 bucks for 'em. No tires.

those are "hx wheels" and fittingly, they came on the civic hx. they are made by enkei and are pretty lightweight.
