Off-Roading 10/20 - Ivan_B - 10-15-2019
Hey all, I'm trying to get an Off-Roading trip together for this upcoming Sunday.
The plan is to meet up in the R1 parking lot at 10:30am before heading out. I plan on going up Union Springs, hanging out up by flagpole and the mud pit then going back down Switzer Lake.
Union Springs is a little bit more technical than Switzer Lake but it shouldn't be anything too challenging. If you don’t have an off-roady car that isn't a problem, I have two open seats in my car and hopefully more in other members cars. If you would like to come along but need a seat, please post below so we can keep track of who’s going to be in which car.
If you plan on coming, please post below and acknowledge the GroupMe event if applicable. For people driving please post the number of open seats you have.

Just a random question. How likely is it I'll be able to drag the Lancer out on these adventures in the future? I figured some taller all terrain tires and send it after watching Jake and friends tear it up in those beaters but I'm also clueless when it comes to what's out there.

Deceus, depending on its lift it might be able to make it. I am not that familiar with the ride height on the lancer but I passed a RAV-4 my first time going up Switzer Lake. I know you would probably have the easiest time taking route 85 up to flagpole knob, that's more of a maintained gravel road that would be more accessible to cars.
