1990 Miata - Senor_Taylor - 11-13-2019

1990 Miata. Garage kept. Well taken care of.

5 speed
No rust
I've owned a driven many Miatas and this is by far the best example I've had. Firm brake pedal, smooth idle. Pulls hard, turns well, stops quickly.

Mazda Car cover
Cabin tonneau cover
Soft top cover
Mazda cup holder with box
Aftermarket radio with remote, all speakers working
Very little lifter tick, even in this <30 degree weather.
Water pump and timing belt service not known.
Only oil leak is a slight weep of the CAS seal
Wear on driver seat
Seats do not appear to be original to car.

Spent some time driving this around and I'm convinced this is a time capsule. This is as close to driving one new in 1990 as it gets. I'm really impressed.

This is a 9/89 build car. Found the original manual and stuff in great condition. Really enjoying this. Maybe I won't sell it immediately....

I guess I should clarify as well. The car is only listed for sale here right now. May wait until the Spring to sell it unless I get a good offer.

Torture tested the soft top with a water house after sealing the seams with a vinyl sealer. Noticed the rain rail was installed 100% incorrectly, so I removed it, fixed some cracks, and reinstalled it. Title fiasco is resolved.
