How About a Halo 2 Tournament? - G.Irish - 10-20-2004

If we were to have a Halo 2 tournament on campus I bet we could raise decent money and have a damned good time as well. I'm sure we could get 10-25 contestants if not more. If we charged maybe $8 entry fee we could at least give a good payout and have refreshments. What do you think?

- BLINGMW - 10-20-2004

I think you're an idiot

- G.Irish - 10-20-2004

Look Sparks, I know just because you have an evil secret lair in the arctic you think you're some kind of genius but I am obviously the smartest person in Sealab.

- BLINGMW - 10-20-2004

bah. have your tournament, see if I care. I'm just jelous cause I probably won't get to play. Cry

ok, back to work.

Indeed you are.... Busted.

I need to get a life

If we can get a specific format going with it, and structure the tournament evenly it could work.

- G.Irish - 10-20-2004

DAMN IT! I was hoping no one would catch that in time. With my superior intellect I couldn't decide whether I should embolden or italicize.

There is a video game club at JMU... Sounds like something they should be doing, not the car club.

And I thought I'd heard it all.

We should exclude them, and their alumni!!!

- Dragon - 10-20-2004

LOL

- G.Irish - 10-20-2004

I don't care if there is a VG club at JMU. We get off our asses and get shit done and we could use the money. Besides we're cooler than they are.

- Mike - 10-20-2004

Actually a "game development" club, and I was a proud member Tongue I'm with John though, their alumni cannot attend.

- BLINGMW - 10-20-2004

maybe invite the, what was it, fantasy gaming club? Remember those guys from the first student orgs night? They were pretty cool.

- Dragon - 10-20-2004

Well my X-Box will be at Slummit this weekend for anyone that wants to get some "training" in. Just bring a couple extra controllers cause I only have two (and yes Mike I trashed that POS one that you were forced to use last time).

The same folks that had the melee in front of D-Hall? I just remember a bunch of people dressed up in cardboard "armor" with big foam swords charging down the hill and beating each other senseless while everybody watching from inside D-Hall tried not to snort wing-dings out their noses...

- Dragon - 10-20-2004

Ligthing Bolt, Ligthing Bolt, Ligthing Bolt, SLEEP, Ligthing Bolt, Ligthing Bolt

Aaaaaaaaahahahaha!

I remember that. Damn... what a bunch of douchebags.

- Mike - 10-20-2004

matt, i'll bring two controllers.

- Dragon - 10-20-2004

Thanks Mike, I'll prolly pick up another standard controller this week cause I'm sure most people won't be used to using this:

It's great for FPS though, fingers never have to leave the analog sticks.
