MM Golf Day - Nick325is - 04-03-2005

Based on several peoples interest in swinging golf clubs on the drive on saturday perhaps we should have an MM golf day at Packsaddle.
Anyone think they would be up for this?

lets do Heritage Oaks, cheaper, closer, better IMO Big Grin

i'd be down, i just need to get my clubs from home!

- ViPER1313 - 04-03-2005

I'd be up for this - I have to warn you I'm not good though.

I'm down with Heritage Oaks. I haven't played there so I have no idea what its like. I get half off at packsaddle and its the only course I have played at so thats why I suggested it.

if i get the same treatment i'll play there Wink. I usually rent a cart when i'm at packsaddle just because of the elevation changes.

Heritage is nice though, i'm just more familiar with that course, i've only played at packsaddle a few times.

Down for where ever though, just need to get my clubs.

Walking Packsaddle is no fun...but i'm too cheap to get a cart

My sister is a pro at Heritage Oaks...I'll ask her if we can hook something up, but I'm in for sure.

I'm not much for actual golf, but I'm down for a driving range and/or put put Smile

I'd be interested in a golf day... I don't have clubs (but assume I could probably borrow some or maybe rent?). Keep us informed.

I'd be interested in drinking beer while watching people attempt to play golf Big Grin

- ScottyB - 04-04-2005

i'll go to sackpaddle with you guys if i can borrow some clubs.

- Chris - 04-04-2005

I'm in if the price is right and the beer is cold.

Oh yeah, I suck at golf and get pissed off, but usually just have more fun tossing the carts around and spinning in the wet grass (I know how much ground keepers hate that- I used to work at a golf course!)

There's no way we can rent carts, it would lead to nothing but getting kicked out... ;-). One of those "Hey man, watch this" deals, or, someone would get 1" in front of the other, then the other would get 1" back, and it'd all start from there!

At least if I go, I can't get a cart. That's my best line of deffence against the GFCP (relitivly speaking).

i'm down... but seriously, i'm not really good at golf, but a par 3 course with a case of beer sounds good to me

- Nick325is - 04-04-2005

Alright. When does everyone want to do this?
