i was expecting MUCH worse damage, glad it didn't end up too bad for him. sounds like it's not his, if i was rich enough to afford the car i wouldn't be very bent out of shape over crumpled metal, or worse.

the entire interior, in real life, is very nice and the materials are on par with other 6 figure cars.

yeah from that angle it looks pretty junky - all the press pictures i've seen must have been taken from an angle that hides that vast expansive of nothingness.
I was impressed with how well the car held up though - didn't really look like it took too much damage.

I sat in an R8 recently and was very impressed with the interior. The leather stitching was perfect. The seats felt great but I wish they had no-slip inserts. Otherwise item placement and layout was nice. Quality and attention to detail was second to none, yet it wasn't too flashy.
