Check Out a Bike in Charlotte? - Apoc - 01-21-2011
I'm looking for someone who can spend 15 spend minutes looking over a motorcycle in Charlotte. For the most part, everything checks out, but I'd like someone to see it in person before driving 350+ miles. You don't have to be a bike guy, just know what it takes to spot signs of misrepresentation in a used sale. I'd be happy to Paypal you beer money for your time. I don't think anyone lives near Charlotte, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway.

Lee (WRXtranceformed) lives in Charlotte. If he can't check it out my twin brother lives down there and I could ask him to have a look at it. Just lemme know.

Damn, I forgot about Lee. Sorry Lee. :lol:
Lee is currently holed up with the flu so when would your brother be available to look? I don't have exact location yet (should get it tonight) but was hoping someone would be available to check it out this weekend. An evening next week could work, I'd just need to check with the seller.

yes thats lame purely for the sake of SUSPENSE, but withholding news until posession is taken and proper pictures can be captured is within reason.

That's pretty much my reasoning. Everything could still go pear shaped, so I don't want to get ahead of myself. I guess that's not entirely true. I purposely didn't tell Mike 'cause he wanted to know... although I didn't prevent him from finding out at Turducken.

Eh, I'd rather not have the full VIN floating around the internet. You can post anything that isn't the full VIN or the seller's personal info.
