I specifically asked about flyers so I could put it up at my work. The guys here are car guys and would probably want to know about this. Also, I need to put a flyer up at the Super Save here in Weyers Cave. A lot of people use this grocery store every day, so its an untapped resource. Flyers really should be out this week.

I believe that is my duty to get the flyers going. What did ya'll do last year? I have like images and all but no resource to print spiffy ones. I also am going to Hallmark tomorrow and getting word on some really professional looking invites for the high-rollers. But help/advice would be appreciated

Yea in the clubhouse in Warren you get something like 100 free color copies a month - I'm fairly certain that's what Jake did last year.

As PR person, have you called MidAtlantic, Subaru, Ralph Priebe, hell even NASA-MA, any local car shows, local Meineke/tireshops? Can we look up when a local 1/8 mile day is happening and have someone there handing out fliers for our show? There is a yearly car show that goodspeed showed us in early spring, can we advertise there as well?

I know, Bob Wade has been contacted, but they were contacted too late, so there's nothing much coming from them. That's a really good idea about calling Chris Cobetto and asking what NASA- MA could offer. Might not be anything but Chris loves to help MM.

Ya know..race cars and insane show cars really "keep the crowds" and put out pictures on forums (and the word it was a good show). If you know of any racers or show cars, please URGE them to come. Contact ET motorsports as well. And make sure our alumni come out. Lets try to make it a weekend worth coming down. Set out a plan and schedule for the show, after-dinner, party etc?
