I've been. It is pretty cool. I walked until I had blisters on my feet and took a TON of pictures.
And as far as I know, there is no public access. You either need to be press, a vendor, or have some other sort of industry pass thing (I think that is what I had...)
Oh yeah, almost forgot about the super hot skanky booth bitches, ride along things, and there was an off-road test drive course thing too (but I was too young to do it at the time) :thumbup:
