Heres my dirty engine bay just before it all began.
The nuts on the cat has seized up pretty well, so I had to cut it off. Here is jay helping out with that.
And everything tossed around my driveway
engine hoist hooked up. We ended up just wraping it around the IM, and using a hook on the other side.
Engine lowered
lifting the car with the hoist
Cars up high enough to move the motor out
The obligatory standing inside the engine bay shot
Here is one of Travis, dunno what to say about this one
kneeling proudly over our accomplishment
Heres a shot of the old clutch and flywheel. How old you say? 14 years and about 166,000 miles.
And a shot from today with the engine and tranny finally in. Nothings connected yet unfortunatly
Nice pictures man.

I'm really fucking angry that the machine shop didn't have those bushings pressed in at a decent hour. Otherwise we might have had a good shot at starting it wed evening.

Haha, I laugh everytime I type that. This is actually my second time cutting of cat nuts hock:. This time I'm buying stainless steel nuts and bolts, and coating them all with lots and lots of anti sieze.
Now its time to get back to work.
