Unofficial MM House

Are there any people interested in starting an unofficial MM house next year? I don't think I want to live w/ my roomates next year, and this idea has been brought up before. Thoughts??

I think this issue came up before. What about the liability thing if a party gets out of hand and someone gets a keg violation at said "MM house?"

Its a bunch of guys living together that happen to be in the same club. We've had at least a half dozen parties and not one keg violation. What would be the problem?

Just register your party with the police beforehand and keg violations won't be a problem

Holy shit!!! I actually logged on to post up something about trying to ge ta roomate for next year.

Story: So I thought I would be living on campus next year and so I told all my friends to get together and I didnt have a problem with that...WELL GUESS WHAT KICKS ME IN THE ASS!!! Fucking stepmom decides she can help me with off-campus housing so now I can, but everyone already has housing, so I finally found a friend so I need one more roommate. I am looking for a roommate to room with me in Squire Hill. Very cheap and the other roommate IS 22 EX-MILITARY And becoming a HARRISONBURG COP!!!! He is tight as SHIT!! basically means we can get away with a lot!! If anyone is looking for roommates let me know. I am just looking FOR ONE! Thanks for reminding me.

I close buddy of mine (chip) owns that house and he's looking for different tenants. It will be available.

That's crazy! Cause my former Landlord named Chip owned it...I wonder if it is the same guy!?!

I called that guy, he has several houses for rent, but he said most all of them were rented. See if the Rock House is still available, me and my roommate and our girlfriends may be interested in it.

Just don't choose to sleep in the add on room at the back of the house (second floor). Cold as fuck in the winter.

one small issue with the rock house though. The driveway. Nothing big, but just a little annoying. But, the large area in the back would be great for wrenching.

could range from having a keg that's not registered (having the label ripped off) to having it at the wrong house or under the wrong name. basically you need to have the person who bought the keg at the party.

my friend got in serious trouble when he bought 3 kegs for friends (everyone at the house was under 21 and he was at another party - they contacted him that night) and he had soo many hours of community service to do after the courts.

It can be like $2,500 maximum per violation or an underage person drinking from it, so yeah its a huge risk.
