Seriously. My attempts to lighten up the mood get deleted without a word, but anybody with admin priv's can open a locked thread to bite their thumbs at whoever they're butt hurt at and it's bullshit, and it need to stop.
I say take away admin rights from everyone except the one person who's shown he can use it responsibly.

Nobody needs to be banned over anything. If Chad was banned that was a serious missight on whichever admin did it and it needs to be lifted immediantely.
