Umm... want a cookie?
You'd fit right in at a Ted Nugent concert.

Drink beer? coffee? Take aspirin? Tylenol? Sudafed? Smoke cigarettes? Been under anesthesia at the doctor? Novocain? Morphine? The only person I know who is completely drug-free is an acquaintance who is a Christian Scientist, and he doesn't call himself anti-drug.
Also, Joe Rogan was right about the brain producing DMT. He exaggerated a bit, naturally, and it's involvement with dreaming and near-death experiences is purely hypothetical based on current research.

DMT is not the most powerful version out there - AMT is.
I did it many years ago, it's very clean, short, "controllable", and mellow. Have had crazier experiences.

what was your method of ingestion? Most drug experiences vary widely depending on the method of ingestion.

Fuck hallucinagens man. I had a bunch of great trips throughout my life, but one really really bad one at JMU where I battled for my sanity and thought the Devil was trying to take control of my brain. I prayed to God that He'd pull me out of it and if He did I would never do it again. And I never did!
The shit I ate was definitely some ill shit too, my muscles cramped and froze up when I was laying on my bed trying to come down. Scary stuff! Life is too short to abuse your body like that.

Smoke. DMT is really finicky too, if you have had any alcohol in your system 24hrs prior, it'll dilute the effects. Nor can you put a direct flame out of it... sometimes I scare myself how much I remember...

See I think life is too short to not see what's out there, at least once. I draw the line on certain things of course, but may as well see what all the fuss is about.

I agree to a certain extent, but I mean where do you draw the line (that's rhetorical)? Some normal, successful people try crystal meth and they turn into total addicts and ruin their lives. I think it's a very personal thing to know where your limits are, and some people definitely push them too far.

the fact that it is naturally produced doesnt make it better, in fact it makes it much worse.
By altering your brain's natural chemistry you are putting yourself at drastically higher risk for permanent brain damage and mental illness. At least half of all mentally ill (especially schizophrenia) are greatly attributed by drug abuse. My ex-gf had a masters in psychology and treated schizophrenic patients and almost every one of them had a history of drug abuse.
